Jerry will share experiences, motivations, and lessons from LOVELAND Technologies (the startup through which much of this work was done), the Imagination Station (a nonprofit experiment in reactivating blighted houses in the shadow of the world’s tallest vacant train station, with a twist, as if it needed one…), crowd-funding RoboCop statues, giant cat heads, castle rehabs, strangely censored billboards, and accidentally becoming a quasi-governmental organization while mapping the world’s largest tax foreclosure auction, among much else.
