This July, we invite you to join us in unveiling a new magazine in Toronto – Alternavox. This pro-culture venture has been gaining momentum in the city and is about to boom! Where will you be when the ball drops?

Held at Mercer Union, an artist-run gallery, the night will mimic an urban forest that will mix nature’s soul with the concrete and steel of the city. The event will feature Toronto’s hottest DJs including Jeff Kirkwood, Matt Gracie and Matt Sims bringing the best in beats and party-treats.
Party-goers will also enjoy art-installations, live drums, live Twitter-feed and flip video, door prizes and a one-of-a-kind silent auction.
Our official launch party celebrates those that helped us get here and welcomes those about to join us on our journey.
Alternavox is a multimedia manifesto that includes both a magazine and a radio show, both traditional and online. Alternavox reports on news from around the world including the latest on music, art, film, fashion, food, world news, lifestyle and technology.
This mission of Alternavox is simple; we educate, enrich and elate people’s minds.
