Day 2 – Liquid Meals: Smoothies

PB and Jelly Smoothie

2 tablespoon         Peanut butter
4 Scoop                   Mango Sorbet
1 cup                        Frozen blueberries
1 cup                        Soy
1/2 cup                   Peach juice

PB and Banana “Sandwich” Smoothie

2 tablespoon          Peanut butter
4 Scoop                    So Good Vanilla Soy Ice Cream
1                                  Banana
1.5 cup                     Soy
