Alternavox Recommends: Solar Crash “Broken Beautiful”

Alternavox is always happy to promote events that mix both creativity, artists and also a good cause. This outfit is up to doing some good and it sounds like an awesome party already as the organizers explain:

Solar Crash is an ongoing experimental event creating spaces for creativity, community, and cause.

Each gathering we bring together a diverse array of local artists to provoke imaginations while being involved in making the world a little bit better.

Here is some perspective:

Unshaken – charity: water’s campaign for Haiti from charity: water on Vimeo.

This event we’ll be exploring beauty amid brokenness.

All proceeds will be going directly towards relief in Haiti

Here’s the catch – Tickets are $10 at the door along with a commitment to doing something beautiful during the evening (And we’ll have creative outlets at the event for you to do so if you need help), otherwise it’s $15 for the rest of you.

Doors open at 6pm for interactive gallery viewing
Performances kick off at 7pm

RSVP yourself here. Feel free to spread the word and invite others as well!

Note this is a 19+ Venue
